ChatData is an AI-powered data visualization platform that allows users to upload data, create visualizations through natural language commands, and build interactive dashboards. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features and is supported by advertisements. Free users are subject to usage limits including 3 dashboards, 1GB storage, and 5 AI queries per day.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Data

Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Processing

Your data may be processed by our AI systems to generate visualizations and insights. We do not use your data to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
